Goodbye Vibe Magazine
Magazines are slowly diminishing as Vibe which was doing so well before shuts down. I think that magazines need to capitalize online, but that becomes tough with the internet allowing everyone to do the same thing as one another…for example blogs. Don’t get me wrong the time isnt now as many agencies have been looking into new strategies, but what makes you unique? Well that is what magazines need to realize to help build a new strategy for the new age of information. Let’s get real the old model isn’t going to work therefore the downward spiral will continue. Everyone still appreciates the content provided by the talented writers, photographers, etc but for them to survive a new approach is necessary as print media is a no go. So long VIBE and I hope all the talented workers find a new way to express their work.
